Company

We build for the professionals who cannot afford documentation failures.

LegalDyne is a legal technology holding company. We develop tools for attorneys, boards, and fiduciary professionals operating in environments where the evidence trail is the liability exposure.

Why LegalDyne exists

LegalDyne exists because high-stakes decisions and transactions require evidence that can withstand scrutiny, and most technology produces records that cannot.

Every LegalDyne product shares a common architecture: constitutional governance, cryptographic proof, and legal standing. The result is not better documentation. It’s documentation that functions as evidence.

“LegalDyne builds legal technology for contexts where the evidence trail is the product.”

The Ecosystem

Parent company, open-source foundation, standards body.

LegalDyne operates as an endorsed brand architecture. Each entity plays a distinct role in establishing institutional credibility that no single vendor could claim alone.

LegalDyne

Institutional Parent

The holding company. Establishes brand authority, governs product strategy, and serves as the institutional face for investors, partners, and enterprise buyers who need to evaluate the company behind the products.

EXOCHAIN Foundation

Open Source Trust Substrate

The technical foundation. An independent foundation that develops and maintains the EXOCHAIN trust infrastructure as open source software. External auditability is a feature, not an afterthought — anyone can verify the architecture.

AI-SDLC Institute

Standards & Governance Body

The governance authority. An independent standards body that develops and publishes the Standard Operating Procedures governing AI-assisted legal technology. Provides third-party validation that LegalDyne products meet published governance standards.

Market Position

A different category.

vs. Practice Management Software

(Clio, MyCase)

Practice management software manages workflows. LegalDyne products produce evidence that those workflows occurred in a specific way, at a specific time, by verified participants — and that evidence is admissible.

vs. Board Governance Platforms

(Diligent, BoardEffect)

Board governance platforms store documents. LegalDyne products create forensic records of deliberation — the process, not just the outcome — with cryptographic proof that the record wasn't constructed after the fact.

vs. Blockchain Legal Tools

(various)

Most blockchain-enabled legal tools use blockchain as a marketing claim. LegalDyne products use EXOCHAIN as an architectural requirement — constitutional governance, deterministic finality, FRE-satisfying Evidence Bundles.
